Appled Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 large apples
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Slice the sweet potatoes and dice the apples.
  2. Grease a 9x13 in baking pan
  3. Arrange a layer of sweet potatoes, salt and pepper, 2 Tbsp butter.
  4. Add layer of apples, 2 Tbsp sugar, nutmeg.
  5. Repeat the layers.
  6. Bake in 350 oven for about 40 to 45 min, or until tender and to taste.
