Apple Peach Crumble Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp molassas
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • a few pinches of fresh nut meg
  • dry
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 stick of butterroom temp.
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • pinchof salt
  • pinch of cinnimon

Directions:

  1. Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Add dry ingredients and stir till mixed
  3. Mix all ingredients for topping
  4. Pour into a buttered loaf pan and add crumb topping on top
  5. Bake at 350* till golden and springy in the middle
