Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Miv apples and sugar well. add oil,nuts.eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients and add to apple mixture,mix well
  4. Bake for 30 minutes,remove and spread topping on and return to oven for 25 to 30 minutes more or till cake is done.
  5. Serve with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream
