Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Lightly grease and flour pan.
  3. Sift together the flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
  4. Combine oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs and beat till light and fluffy.
  5. Add apples and dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix well.
  6. Spread batter into pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
