Ingredients:

  • 4 large apples
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees in a big bowl combine blackberries, apples and 1/2 cup of sugar and two tsp of flour.
  2. Toss to coat.
  3. Pour mixture into a 11x17 baking dish that has been sprayed.
  4. Next combine one cup sugar and the 3/4 cup of flour.
  5. Cut in butter until the mixture looks crumby.
  6. Sprinkle crumbs over fruit and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden and apples are tender.
