Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Dice onion and celery.
  3. Add all ingredients. Cover, refrigerate and then serve.
