Amazing Brown Rice Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 cup brown rice
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 tsp ground mustard
1 pinch salt
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Cook rice.
2. Dice onion and celery.
3. Add all ingredients. Cover, refrigerate and then serve.
