Amazing Brown Rice Salad Ingredients:
2 cups water |
1 cup brown rice |
1/4 cup red onion |
1/2 cup celery |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
1 tbsp brown sugar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1 clove garlic |
1 tsp ground mustard |
1 pinch salt |
1 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook rice. 2. Dice onion and celery. 3. Add all ingredients. Cover, refrigerate and then serve. |
