Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place evaporated milk and flour in a pot and heat and stir until thickened.
  2. Add half and half, clam juice, and sherry and continue to stir until smooth and thickened.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, and cheese and stir until smooth.
  4. Place shrimp in the bottom of a casserole and pour sauce over.
  5. Crush crackers and mix with butter.
  6. Sprinkle crackers over sauce and shrimp and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
  7. You can omit the crackers and bake til bubbly then serve over rice.
