Directions:

  1. Put eggs and sugar in bowl, add rest of ingredients, flour last, not apples
  2. Grease the pyrex
  3. Pour half batter in pyrex.
  4. Layer all apples slices, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Pour other half batter, sprinkle sugar cinnamon.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 350.
