Ingredients:

Directions:

  2. First wash and clean prawns removing the shell and making a small incision along the back. If there is a black vein remove it. (not necessary but definitely more visually appealing)
  3. Put prawns into a medium sized mixing bowl, add the garlic oregano and olive oil, use your hands and mix the ingredients together getting a good coating on the prawns.
  4. Place prawns on a cookie sheet and drizzle remaining oil and oregano over top.
  5. Take your cut up lemon pieces and disburse them amoung the prawns .
  6. Salt and coarse cracked pepper to taste. Put in the oven and set the timer for eight minutes. Do not cook longer as they are perfect every time at this temp and time.
  7. Remove from oven and plate the prawns squeezing the hot lemon pieces over top.
  8. These can also be served cold, chill in the fridge and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or seafood sauce.
