Ingredients:

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • cooking spray
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 ' cup zucchini , 1/4 slices

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425*.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip zucchini in milk, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place slices on an ovenproof wire rack coated with spray; place rack on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and crisp.
