Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
cooking spray |
1/4 cup(s) dry breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoon(s) fat-free milk |
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 1/2' cup(s) zucchini, 1/4 slices |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425*. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip zucchini in milk, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place slices on an ovenproof wire rack coated with spray; place rack on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and crisp. |
