Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup oil ( vegetable)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pineapple (20 oz crushed with juice)
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
  2. Add next ingredients and blend.
  3. Grease & flour your loaf pans
  4. Pour into loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 325 F for 75 minutes.
  6. Test with a toothpick to be sure the loafs are done.
  7. Cool and wrap.
