Ingredients:

  • six large russet potatoes
  • palmful of dried rosemary
  • palmful of dried chilles
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 ( ish ) milk
  • big dollop sour cream

Directions:

  1. Peel and cube potatoes. Peel Garlic but leave in whole cloves.
  2. Put potatoes, garlic, rosemary and chilles into large pot of water and boil until soft.
  3. Drain water.
  4. Mash up (garlic and all) with remaining ingredients (butter, milk, cheese and sour cream)
  5. Slice green onions finely and sprinkle on top.
