Who says mashed potatoes have to be boring? Ingredients:
six large russet potatoes |
8 (or more) cloves of garlic |
palmful of dried rosemary |
palmful of dried chilles |
1 tbs butter |
1/4 (ish) milk |
big dollop sour cream |
1/2 finely grated cheddar cheese |
couple green onions |
Directions:
1. Peel and cube potatoes. Peel Garlic but leave in whole cloves. 2. Put potatoes, garlic, rosemary and chilles into large pot of water and boil until soft. 3. Drain water. 4. Mash up (garlic and all) with remaining ingredients (butter, milk, cheese and sour cream) 5. Slice green onions finely and sprinkle on top. |
