Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup beef fat

Directions:

  1. Combine together (except for fat) and beat until it gets to room temperature (at least one hour).
  2. Put in pan with some grease from the roast that has been heated.
  3. Cook in 400º oven for 20 minutes.
