Wholesome Pecan Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup regular oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order listed.
  2. Set for the regular cycle and the crust setting of your choice (I use light for my machine).
  3. Press start.
  4. Remove from pan when finished.
  5. Cool before slicing.
