White Chocolate Mousse With Strawberry Swirl

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small pan combine water and gelatin then allow to stand 1 minute to soften.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream then stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
  3. Add white chocolate and stir until melted.
  4. Chill until cool but not set about 10 minutes.
  5. In a small chilled bowl whip remaining heavy cream to full volume.
  6. Fold whipped cream into cooled chocolate.
  7. Drizzle pureed raspberries onto cooled chocolate.
  8. Run a knife through chocolate to create raspberry swirls.
  9. Chill for 1 hour.
  10. Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons of filling into each shell then garnish with raspberry half.
  11. Serve immediately.
