White Bean Garlic Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans
  • 3 -4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. Rinse and drain the beans.
  2. Place all ingerdients into a food processor and process on high til creamy.
  3. Add more olive oil if desired to reach favored consistency.
  4. Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.
