Whipped Raspberry Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 4 oz package raspberry gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 9' graham cracker piecrust

Directions:

  1. Combine boiling water with gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Add enough ice to the 1/2 cup cold water to make 1 full cup.
  3. Pour gelatin mixture into water mixture and stir until ice melts.
  4. Add whipped topping and blend then place mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  5. Spoon into pie crust and refrigerate for several hours before slicing and serving.
