This is an incredibly easy pie to make but sure looks pretty on the plate and tastes great. I got hit srecipe from a friend who served this at Girls Night last week. Ingredients:
2/3 cup boiling water |
4 ounce package raspberry gelatin |
1/2 cup cold water |
ice cubes |
3 cups whipped topping |
9” graham cracker piecrust |
Directions:
1. Combine boiling water with gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved. 2. Add enough ice to the 1/2 cup cold water to make 1 full cup. 3. Pour gelatin mixture into water mixture and stir until ice melts. 4. Add whipped topping and blend then place mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 5. Spoon into pie crust and refrigerate for several hours before slicing and serving. |
