Watermelon Chilli Suprise

Ingredients:

  • 1 large watermelon ( depending on party size)
  • 250 ml tequila

Directions:

  1. Halve Watermelon and scoop out flesh in big scoops into a large resealable plastic bag.( Aim is to get as many bite size scoops as possible while conserving the shell.)
  2. Cover over empty shell with cling film and refridgerate.
  3. Slice chilli in half and remove seeds.
  4. Chop half the chilli and add to watermelon pieces.
  5. ( you only need a spike of chilli, not the burn)
  6. Now add the tequila and seal the bag.
  7. Shake and store in fridge to chill.
  8. Just before your party, add allthe pieces and juice to the chilled watermelon shell.
  9. Serve and enjoy
