Directions:

  1. In a saucepan mix the milk and pudding mix together and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the dry yellow cake mix and stir well,(batter will be thick)and spread into a greased 9x19 pan.
  3. Sprinkle the butterscotch chips over all.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350 oven,30-35 mins.
  5. When cake is completely cool,sprinkle with Confectioner's Sugar.(optional)
