  1. In a small bowl, combine flour and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat egg. Beat in the brown sugar, flour, vanilla and baking powder. Stir in nuts and coconut. Pour over hot crust. Bake 15 minutes longer or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  3. For frosting, in a small bowl, beat the confectioners' sugar, butter and juices until smooth. Spread over filling; sprinkle with nuts. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until frosting is set. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 2 dozen.
