Vidalia Onion Swiss Cheese Melt

Ingredients:

  • 1 large vidalia onion
  • 1 cup hellman's mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel and grate the Vidalia Onion. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Grate the swiss cheese and add to the bowl.
  4. Fold in the mayonaise with a rubber scraper until the mixture is complety blended.
  5. Spray Pam into a 9 inch glass pie dish.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the coated glass pie plate.
  7. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with Sociable brand crackers.
