Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and drain beans and sweetcorn
  2. Pour vinegar and olive oil into a large bowl
  3. Rip the mint straight into the liquid then stir so the vinegar and oil combine
  4. Add the beans and sweetcorn to the mixture and make sure they are all nicely covered in the dressing
  5. Now serve to each bowl topping each with a sprig of mint or leave in the middle of the table for people to help themselves.
