Venison (Or Ground Beef) Warm & Savory Georgia Hash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to its directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Pour oil in to dutch oven or large cast iron skillet, and bring the heat up to frying.
  4. Combine venison, onion and green pepper and saute' until venison is brown and vegetables tender.
  5. Add tomatoes, rice, salt, pepper and chili powder.
  6. Let it heat up all the way.
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
