Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place Brazil nuts in food processor and process until mixture resembles flour.
  2. Add 2 of the bananas, salt, dates, and cinnamon to the processor and process until mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add 2 bananas cut into small pieces and chopped walnuts stirring well.
  4. Spoon mixture onto teflex sheet and spread to 1/2 inch thickness.
  5. Dehydrate for 4 hours.
  6. Remove from teflex sheet by placing a mesh sheet on another dehydrator rack and placing it on top of the rack with the bread.
  7. Turn racks upside down and remove the teflex sheet.
  8. Dehydrate on mesh sheet for 4 more hours until bread is almost dry.
  9. Cut into pieces and dehydrate another hour.
