Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain, and keep warm.
  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add oil; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion; cook, stirring constantly, 4 minutes. Add turkey and garlic; cook 10 minutes or until turkey is done, stirring occasionally. Add zucchini; cook 2 minutes. Add pasta sauce; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Place 1 cup pasta on each of 4 individual serving plates; top evenly with turkey mixture. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
