Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz. mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 10 oz. tuna
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 oz. parmesan

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil 2 quart baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta as directed and drain set a side.
  3. In sauce pan saute scallions, mushrooms, s&p, thyme on med. heat for appx. 4 min.
  4. Add water and milk and whisk in corn starch. and 1 oz. of cheese on med. high heat until nicely thickened sauce.
  5. Combine tuna, pasta, and sauce in 2 quart baking dish. Bake for appx. 20 minutes.
