Light version no canned soups Ingredients:
1/2 lb multi grain pasta |
1 1/2 cup fat free skim milk |
2 tbsp olive oil |
5 scallions |
4 oz. mushrooms |
1/2 tsp thyme |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
10 oz. tuna |
3 tbsp cornstarch |
1 cup water |
2 oz. parmesan |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil 2 quart baking dish. 2. Cook pasta as directed and drain set a side. 3. In sauce pan saute scallions, mushrooms, s&p, thyme on med. heat for appx. 4 min. 4. Add water and milk and whisk in corn starch. and 1 oz. of cheese on med. high heat until nicely thickened sauce. 5. Combine tuna, pasta, and sauce in 2 quart baking dish. Bake for appx. 20 minutes. |
