Tuna Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz) can tuna
  • 3 -4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2-1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Soften the cream cheese for about 1 hour.
  2. (I usually just give it a whirl in the microwave for about 20 seconds) Drain the tuna, mash with a fork.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, tuna and mayo.
  4. Add the lemon juice, curry and salt.
  5. Mix to blend well.
  6. Add the onions and stir to blend.
  7. Chill for 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
