Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh mango
  • 2/3 cup brown rice
  • 1/4 celery
  • 1/4 cup juillienned carrot
  • 1/4 cupdried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp.macadiama nuts

Directions:

  1. Marinate and grill chicken breats slice when cool.
  2. Plate greens.
  3. Add.carrots.
  4. Celery.
  5. Scallions.
  6. Cranberries.
  7. Mango.
  8. Pineapple.
  9. Rice.
  10. Place grilled chicken on top.
  11. Drizzle with sesame ginger dressing.
  12. Sprinkle with crushed macadaima nuts.
  13. TOP WITH FRIED WON TON STRIPS.
