Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, lime juice, honey, cumin and Tabasco sauce; mix well.
  2. Stir in coconut.
  3. Cover, refrigerate at least one hour.
  4. Serve with cut-up fresh fruit.
