Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare batter and muffin pans according to package directions for 1 (17.1-oz.) package banana-nut muffin mix, stirring 1 cup dried mixed tropical fruit, roughly chopped, into batter. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake and cool muffins according to package directions.
  2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Krusteaz Banana Nut Supreme Muffin Mix.
