Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Add egg; mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture.
  5. Stir in coconut, macadamia nuts and chocolate chips
  6. Drop by heaping tablespoons, 3 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets.
