Chocolate chip cookies with the addition of coconut and macadamia nuts. You're gonna want to keep these treasures all to yourself! Ingredients:
1-2/3 cups all purpose flour |
3/4 teaspoon baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, softened |
3/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1/3 cup sugar |
3/4 teaspoon vanilla(go ahead and make it a full teaspoon!!) |
1 egg |
3/4 cup toasted coconut (2 oz) |
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts (3-1/2 oz ) |
1 package (11-1/2 oz ) milk chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside. 2. In medium bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy. 3. Add egg; mix well. 4. Gradually add flour mixture. 5. Stir in coconut, macadamia nuts and chocolate chips 6. Drop by heaping tablespoons, 3 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets. 7. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. 8.
