Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Line muffin pans with paper liners.
  3. Blend wet mix ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add dry ingredients until just blended.
  5. Spoon into pans and bake for 15-20 minutes.
