Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 packages yeast
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 6 to 8 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Let yeast rise in warm water. In separate large bowl, mix
  2. Together tomato juice, eggs, sugar, and salt. Add half of the
  3. Flour and mix well. Add the butter and the rest of the flour.
  4. Mix hard and let rise. Punch down and fold dough into rolls,
  5. Put in pan and let rise. Bake in 400 degree oven for about
  6. 12 minutes or until done.
