Tofu Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, cream Tofu, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, oats and stir thoroughly.
  3. Drop onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
