The Polo Grill Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice baguettes in half horizontally and then cut each half vertically.
  2. Brush each piece with butter.
  3. Grill in flat pan or on charcoal grill.
  4. Spread with mustard, then place prosciutto next and then top with Brie.
  5. Place sandwiches on cookie sheet and broil in oven until cheese melts.
  6. Serve immediately.
