Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise, eggs, and potatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Carefully add potatoes and eggs, stirring gently so as to not “mush” the ingredients.
  3. Slowly add mayonnaise, add more if desired texture is more creamy.
  4. Let chill and serve!
