Teriyaki Marinade for Chicken or Steak

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh gingerroot
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry

Directions:

  1. Combine all.
  2. Pour over meat in zip-loc bag.
  3. Marinate meat 4-12 hours, refrigerated.
