Teriyaki Marinade for Chicken or Steak |

Very good all-purpose teryaki marinade for chicken or beef, but I've also used it with pork. Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup soy sauce |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
3 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
Directions:
1. Combine all. 2. Pour over meat in zip-loc bag. 3. Marinate meat 4-12 hours, refrigerated. |
