Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small cup and mix until the sugar is damp and well-mixed.
  2. Using a teaspoon and a butterknife, scoop out the sugar into the teaspoon and pack it with the knife. Cut across the top so the 'bottom' of the dome is flat.
  3. Turn the teaspoon over on top of a plate and tap the back: the dome of sugar will fall out. Repeat until all the sugar is turned into little domes.
  4. Let them sit and dry for 30 minutes and then gently put into a little bowl to keep. Use them up within a few days or keep them in the fridge for about a week.
