Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup flour , sifted
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease cookie sheets.
  2. Beat eggs and add brown sugar.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; add to egg mixture and blend thoroughly.
  4. Add walnuts.
  5. Drop from teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheet, 1/2 apart and bake for 12 minutes.
