Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add meat to the pan.
  3. Spread the meat around the pan and begin to break it up.
  4. Combine brown sugar and steak seasoning.
  5. Add sugar and spice mixture to the skillet and combine.
  6. When the meat has browned, add onion and bell peppers to the skillet.
  7. Reduce heat to medium and cook onions, peppers, and Worcestershire sauce with meat for 5 minutes.
  8. Add tomato sauce and pastel stir to combine.
  9. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Using a large spoon, scoop mixture onto bun bottoms and cover with bun tops.
  11. Serve with fresh tomato slices on the side.
