Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put breadcrumbs,eggs, and ketchup into large mixing bowl.
  2. In a food processor process the celery, carrot, and onion.
  3. Add to mixture.
  4. Add spices.
  5. Form into two seperate loaves on a pan.
  6. Coat each loaf with 1T ketchup and mustard.
  7. Bake in oven at 400 for 40 minutes and turn down to 350 for another 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
