Ingredients:

  • 9 oz pasta
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup basil

Directions:

  1. Line up 4 oven ready lasagna noodles in the bottom of a casserole dish
  2. Mix all other ingredients (except pasta sauce)
  3. And put down a layer over noodles (1/3 of mixture)
  4. Put down a layer of sauce (1/3 of 25oz jar)
  5. Repeat until there are 3 layers
  6. Cook at 375 for an hour with foil over the top for the first 1/2 hour
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes after done baking
