Ingredients:

  • 6 -8 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash, dry, then halve tomatoes.
  2. Arrange in greased oven pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and dot with butter.
  3. Place under grill for 5-7 minutes.
